Introduction to Labour Breathing (Practical)
In this introductory video, we do a short practice of your labour breathing using the extended exhale.
We will focus briefly on diaphragmatic breath, then practice performing equal length breath, then 5 second exhale, 6 second exhale and 7 second exhale.For longer videos just focusing on the breathing techniques, please browse the library.

Ziggy is a mother of three and has been a personal trainer and group class instructor since 2013. She specialised in pre-postnatal fitness and women’s health in 2016 after the birth of her first son. Over the years, she has developed an abundance of knoweldge and has been helping women prepare physically and mentally for delivery and beyond.
