Fitness Offerings

  • Who is this for?

    • Pregnant women wanting to stay fit, mobile and healthy during pregnancy, and prepare for birth and recovery.

    • Postnatal women 6 weeks+ with doctor or physiotherapist’s clearance to exercise, including those with abdominal separation.

    • Women looking to learn how to weight lifts, achieve strength goals, feel good in their mind and body, and create a positive relationship with food.

    All personal training sessions will be conducted at The Vault Fitness in Sheung Wan. Home sessions are subject to availability and will include a travel/transport fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session time will be charged in full.

  • Who is this for?

    Friends looking to work out together (can be pre, postnatal or never had children)

    Couples where one spouse is pregnant or postpartum, and wants to train with their significant other.

    All personal training sessions will be conducted at The Vault Fitness in Sheung Wan. Home sessions are subject to availability and will include a travel/transport fee.

    2:1 Training sessions are priced per person, per hour. If one person cancels, both clients will have a session deducted from the package, or you have the option to pay for a single session ($1200). Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session time will be charged in full.

I offer my services on a sliding scale, so if you would like to train with me during your pregnancy or postnatal period, please apply via the button below.

These discounts are offered to those who are in:

  • in times of emotional or financial hardship

  • single mothers

  • mothers going through divorce or separation

  • mothers without a childcare option

Please note, these spots are limited and are chosen on a case-by-case basis.
